I had a great time at this hotel, especially because it was my second stay and I definitely plan to return. The rooms made me feel like a VIP, but there were some issues like the poorly closing toilet door and the limited furniture. On the bright side, the rooms were spacious with two TVs.

The hotel seems to reserve the best rooms for more important guests maybe due to its large size of over 700 rooms. Service was top-notch for both adults and kids, although cleaning dishes and cups didn't seem a priority. The location is good and close to the airport, but it can get noisy with kids running around. Dining offers a reasonable choice for an All-Inclusive buffet, but the quality of food can be hit or miss.
