I had a great time at this hotel, especially because it was my second stay and I definitely plan to return. The rooms made me feel like a VIP, but there were some issues like the poorly closing toilet door and the limited furniture. On the bright side, the rooms were spacious with two TVs.

The hotel was in a great location near Almamsha Street, perfect for safe walks with family and shopping. The rooms were spacious, family-friendly, with a seating area including two sofas and a very comfy bed, ideal for two kids and two adults. I had a bit of a rollercoaster experience with the rooms but eventually got a nice space which our kids loved, thanks to the kids club. The service was a mix of highs and lows, with great smiles and a touch of personal service, but some lack of attentiveness at times. The hotel seems to reserve the best rooms for more important guests maybe due to its large size of over 700 rooms. Service was top-notch for both adults and kids, although cleaning dishes and cups didn't seem a priority. The location is good and close to the airport, but it can get noisy with kids running around. Dining offers a reasonable choice for an All-Inclusive buffet, but the quality of food can be hit or miss.
